We are currently looking for a proactive Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Transformation & Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to our Australia-based Digital Transformation and Development Manager, you will be part of the Digital team, ensuring our third-party SaaS platforms are optimized, documented, and producing high-quality data. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Platform Optimization: Configure and maintain Jobvite (ATS) and Freshsales (CRM) to align with actual business workflows, including managing custom fields, automation rules, and permissions.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct user interviews to identify gaps between business operations and platform configuration, then redesign workflows to eliminate manual workarounds.
  • Data Stewardship: Run regular data quality audits, implement validation rules, and build real-time dashboards that provide leadership with actionable insights.
  • User Enablement: Create comprehensive user guides and training materials to ensure the team can self-onboard and adopt new features effectively.
  • Integration Support: Document API capabilities and data models to assist the development team in building a centralized data system.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or Computer Science.
  • SaaS Expertise: Demonstrated experience independently configuring and optimizing SaaS platforms (e.g., Jobvite, Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ATS tools).
  • Technical Literacy: A strong understanding of data objects, workflow triggers, user permissions, and automation logic.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to translate vague user "pain points" into technical configuration improvements and structured process maps.
  • Ownership Mentality: A self-directed approach to learning; you are someone who reads vendor documentation for fun and proactively flags system improvements.
 
Bonus Points For
 
  • Previous experience specifically with Jobvite or Freshsales administration.
  • Experience working in a global recruitment or outsourcing environment.
